Couples counseling can involve one or both individuals in a relationship.

Facing difficulties will impact both partners, although perhaps one or the other or both will choose to participate in a constructive therapeutic process. In some cases, an individual has personal, physical, emotional or mental health challenges that impact the relationship. In other cases, both partners struggle with communication, emotional and relating difficulties. If you feel that you face personal challenges that impact your relationship, perhaps review the Individuals services section as well. If you feel that your personal or couples’ challenges impact your entire family dynamics, you might also review the Families section. Whether you are a man or woman or couple seeking help to resolve relationship difficulties, you will find help at ARK Counseling Services.
